A new, 30,000-square-foot two-story medical center on the corner of Northeast 139th street and 10th Avenue is taking shape in Salmon Creek. RSV Building Solutions, the Vancouver-based commercial construction company tasked with building the facility, recently completed the erection of masonry walls and poured the first floor concrete slab.
The new building will be owned and occupied by Adventure Dental, Balanced Physical Therapy, Cascadia Women’s Clinic and Creekside Medical.
The project is scheduled for completion at the end of 2013.
