List of marijuana lottery ‘winners’ revealed

The Washington State Liquor Control Board has revealed the results of its retail marijuana lottery. 1,174 applicants were included in the lottery for the 334 available retail licenses to be issued throughout the state. Six licenses will be issued in the city of Vancouver, and the following Vancouver businesses ranked in the top six of the lottery:

2. RWZ, 11205 NE 28th St., Bldg A-3

3. RWZ, 111 SE 103rd Ave.

4. High End Market Place, 15640 4th Plain Blvd., Suite 200

5. Mike’s Eastside Drugs, 6001 NE 127th Ave.

6. New Vansterdam, 2803 Fort Vancouver Way

One retail license will be issued in the city of Battle Ground, and the top lottery ranking there was awarded to C4U, 2404 W Main St., Suite 110.

Lottery ‘winners’ still have other requirements they must fulfill if they are to receive a license.

Additional retail licenses could be issued in unincorporated Clark County, as well as Camas and Washougal. However, most jurisdictions in Southwest Washington have issued bans on the sale of legal weed.

The Liquor Control Board plans to begin issuing retail licenses no later than the first week of July.
