“The jobs target is very aggressive and will require an adequate supply of land designated for non-residential uses,” said Oliver Orjiako, community planning director, in a press release. “We also will need capital facilities plans to support the build out and meet goals for economic development.”
Alternative proposals will be available for public review and comment this fall, before commissioners consider any formal actions to update the growth plan.
