The city of Vancouver’s pre-lease program is helping draw interest in downtown Vancouver’s Wolf Building.
Developed in cooperation with Vancouver’s Downtown Association, the pre-lease program involves arranging a complementary walk-through with several city department contacts for businesses thinking of buying or leasing space in downtown Vancouver.
Last week, two prospective tenants participated in a walk-through at the 19,000-square-foot building, which sits on the corner of W 11th and Columbia streets. The building has been vacant for approximately one year.
