Windermere Stellar celebrated the relocation of its Vancouver Metro office with an open house on Thursday.
Last month, the company’s 44 real estate brokers, along with staff and managers, moved from a previous location on Officers Row into Vancouver’s former City Hall building, located at 210 E. 13th Street.
The new building, known as Block 56, was completely renovated beginning in late 2014. Windermere Stellar now spans the entire first floor, leaving room for company expansion.
“We couldn’t be more excited about the synergy this office will bring to the team. While we loved our charming former setting, we were divided between two buildings,” said Gerry Dowdy Latshaw, managing principal broker of Windermere Stellar’s Vancouver Metro. “The location connecting us to downtown is a plus for brokers who are endlessly on the go.”
Windermere Stellar joins a number of existing tenants in the building including Stewart Title, Penrith Home Loans and BergerABAM.
