The firm’s new office will be headed by Anne Sylvester, a transportation planner with more than 35 years of experience in traffic engineering, urban/regional transportation planning and area-wide/corridor improvement studies.
“We recognize the Southwest Washington and Oregon markets are distinct from the other areas we serve,” said SCJ Principal Eric Johnston. “We established a local office to better assist our clients in this region.”
SCJ was founded as Shea Carr Jewell in 2006. Since its founding the firm has grown from three employees to more than 35.
