The Clark Regional Wastewater District has completed a nearly $2 million sewer replacement project along Highway 99 on-time and on-budget.
The project included installation of approximately 3,400 lineal feet of new gravity trunk sewer in Highway 99 between NE 63rd Street and NE 78th Street. The new pipe replaces an existing aged sewer line that was installed in the late 1960s and serves businesses along the east side of Highway 99.
Funding for the project came from the district’s Restoration and Replacement (R&R) account, which is generated through customer rates.
Those involved in the project included Nutter Corporation, Wallis Engineering, Civil engineer, GRI, Geotechnical engineer, CH2M, construction management, and JLA Public Involvement.
