Located at 5115 NE 82nd Ave. in Vancouver, the building was sold by Vancouver Square at the Mall LLC to Mabros LLC.
The 18,960-square-foot is occupied by a pair of tenants: The Department of Veteran Affairs and Anytime Fitness.
Bob Bernhardt and Steve Mack with Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller, while Richard Freimark with Meridian Trust Real Estate Services represented the buyer in the transaction.
