Umpqua Bank is expanding its commercial real estate presence in the Pacific Northwest with the addition of a new homebuilder finance group.
The division will seek to provide Oregon- and Washington-based residential regional homebuilders and developers with access to construction and development loans.
Umpqua Bank currently operates four branches in Southwest Washington, each of them in Vancouver.
