VanTalks, a local version of the international TED Talk phenomenon, is now seeking audition submissions for its fourth annual VanTalks event on Thursday, May 28, at Kiggins Theatre, 1011 Main St., Vancouver.
Auditions can be submitted at www.vantalks.org until midnight on Monday, Feb. 10, and should include a video file (.MOV, .MP4 or .WMF) or link to a video file containing a three-minute version of your proposed talk topic along with your name and contact information, including phone and email. Selected finalists will be invited to attend an in-person audition on Tuesday, Feb. 25, between 6 and 9 p.m. Tickets to the 2020 VanTalks event will go on sale March 1.
