The Southwest Washington Workforce Development Council (SWWDC) is seeking innovative and collaborative proposals from organizations or consortiums of organizations to provide employment and training services to adults in Clark, Cowlitz and Wahkiakum counties.
Proposals should address delivery of One-Stop services under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I Adult and Dislocated Worker programs. Respondents must submit one proposal for the delivery of both Adult and Dislocated Workers services.
Bidders must specify the counties to be served (Clark and/or Cowlitz/Wahkiakum counties). All WIOA services funded through this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be provided at an existing WorkSource center. The RFP and information about the April 19 bidders’ conference are available at www.swwdc.org. Proposals must be submitted by May 13, 2016, no later than 4 p.m.
