Stevenson-based Skamania Lodge has kicked off the construction of a zip line course for guests and visitors. The project is scheduled to be completed by late November 2012.
Once operational, the zip line course will take adventurers 100 feet off the ground, through the tree canopy, over a few of the lodge’s trails and by a golf course, the company said.
Skamania Lodge is building the course in partnership with Skamania Zip Line Tours, who is managing the design, construction and staffing.
Boise-based Lochsa Engineering is the engineering firm.
