SEH America Inc. renewed its 30,000-square-foot industrial space at 3601 NE 112th Avenue in Vancouver earlier this month.
The company produces some of the largest and most sophisticated silicon wafers produced in North America.
Pulse Engineering, the lessee, was represented by Jeff Brooks of Kidder Mathews in the transaction.
