Vancouver’s former City Hall building sold this week for $2.01 million to Northwest Property Resources LLC, a Vancouver-based property management company owned by William and Bruce Firstenburg. The company plans to renovate the 13th Street property for use as a multi-tenant office building. The 39,567-square-foot facility was put on the market by Vancouver Public Schools (VPS) in November.

“We’re very pleased with the strong interest we saw in this property, and this sale is a great outcome for Vancouver Public Schools,” Assistant Superintendent Todd Horenstein.
