In order to minimize impact on the Vancouver dealership’s business and customers, RSV said it is taking a phased approach to the project.
The first phase, which began August 20, 2012, is on the exterior of the dealership and includes painting the exterior metal panels. The second phase is a showroom remodel, beginning this month. The remodel will happen in stages, allowing the showroom to remain functional throughout construction. The expected completion date is the end of November 2012.
“This is the fifth project we have performed for Alan and we are taking a methodical approach to ensure customers won’t notice much more than a beautiful new look,” said RSV CEO Ron Frederiksen.
Vancouver-based Architect’s Associative is the architect on the project.
