Rose City Urgent Care and Family Practice will open its first clinic in Southwest Washington this month.
The company recently leased 3,060 square feet of office space at 650 N Devine Rd. in Vancouver, and tenant improvements are now underway.
With locations in Portland, Milwaukie and Gresham, the clinic specializes in family medicine and acute care services.
Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the lessee in the real estate transaction. Doug Bartocci of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the lessor.
