Papa Murphy’s, the Vancouver-headquartered take and bake pizza company, was recently named best in food quality among quick serve restaurants and is the 2016 Consumers’ Choice award winner for chain restaurants by Technomic Inc.
The company was named the top quick-serve concept for food quality among 138 restaurant chains and 11 pizza brands studied.
“This award is a testament to the importance we place on food quality and the great lengths we go to provide fresh options for our customers, preparing our ingredients and dough fresh in store daily,” said Ken Calwell, president and chief executive officer of Papa Murphy’s. “We are proud to be recognized by both our loyal customers and Technomic for serving an excellent product that moms and dads can feel good about serving their family.”
The rankings are based on Technomic’s comprehensive Consumer Brand Metrics program which rates more than 120 leading restaurant chains on more than 60 different attributes of the consumer experience including quality of the food to the overall brand reputation.
Papa Murphy’s received The Chain Restaurant Consumers’ Choice Award at the Consumer Insights Planning Program Conference on January 13, 2016, in Newport Beach, California.
