More than 700 attended the Portland luncheon for the 2011 Philanthropy Awards, which were presented to Ed and Dollie Lynch, Harry A. Merlo, Greg Chaillé, Safeway of Oregon and SW Washington, Pendleton Foundation Trust and Outdoor School Student Leaders.
