The Mighty Bowl, Vancouver’s first food truck, opened a walk-up window today in downtown Vancouver.
Located at 108 W 8th St., the window is open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and offers the same food menu that Mighty Bowl customers have grown accustomed to.
Owner Steve Valenta said he hopes to have a brick-and-mortar dining space at that location open by the end of the year.
The Mighty Bowl’s food truck will continue to operate on its original schedule.
