Las Islas Marias, a Mexican restaurant chain with locations in California and Oregon, is heading to Vancouver.
The restaurant will occupy the 3,800-square-foot building at 4400 E Fourth Plain Boulevard – the former Peachtree Corner Restaurant. Eric Fuller & Associates Inc. represented the landlord (Bagley Properties LLC) in the signing of the new lease.
Las Islas Marias specializes in seafood, with most entrees priced between $13-$16 dollars. It is expected to open this summer.
