A new floral shop located at 10411 NE Fourth Plain Blvd. will open its doors for the first time on Thursday.
1-800-Flowers|The Flower Express plans to kick things off with a ribbon cutting ceremony tonight at 12 p.m. The store is owned by Deborah Mohagen.
A percentage of proceeds sold on select products during this weekend will be donated to Share House.
