A San Diego, CA-based investor has purchased the new retail space located at 504 NE 139th St., in Vancouver.
The new building is fully-leased to national tenants Starbucks and Sherwin Williams. Both businesses have signed 10-year leases.
Investment Advisor Kevin Wingate-Pearse of SVN Bluestone & Hockley represented the buyer and Jeff Olsen and Alex Maclean of Commercial Realty Advisors NW represented the Seller in the real estate transaction.
