Jackson, who specializes in commercial banking for small and mid-sized businesses in Southwest Washington, received the 2010 George C. Marshall award and was a member of the Vancouver Business Journal’s Accomplished & Under 40 Class of 2011. Additionally, he is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Clark County.
ALLISON JONES
MacKay Sposito, a Vancouver-based consultant in energy, public works and land development, has hired Allison Jones as a GIS (Geographic Information Systems) specialist in their survey group.
Jones received her bachelor of arts degree from San Francisco State University. She earned a GIS Graduate Certificate from Portland State University and is on track to graduate with a master of science degree in GIS and Geography in 2013.
“Allison is a strong addition to our firm’s GIS Team. She brings experience, technical proficiency and enthusiasm to each project,” said Jon Yamashita, VP of survey and a principal at MacKay Sposito.

Randy Scheel, co-administrator of Fort Vancouver Convalescent Center, and co-owner of Park Lido Assisted Living and Caretique Memory Care, has been accepted into the World Futures Studies Federation (WFSF).
Founded in 1973, WFSF is an organization whose mission is to promote futures education and research. The organization constitutes a global network of practicing futurists, researchers, teachers, scholars and activists.
BARB HOLBROOK
Barb Holbrook, office manager for Pritchard Orthodontics, has been selected as the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce (GVCC) 2012 Ambassador of the Year.
The recipient of the Ambassador of the Year award is determined by a variety of measurements consisting of public relations and community outreach, event participation, involvement in mentoring new chamber members, longevity of service and a peer vote.
Holbrook has been a GVCC Ambassador for nine years and currently serves as ambassador co-chair. She supports organizations that assist women and children in need, including YWCA; Shared Hope International; Ronald McDonald House; Habitat for Humanity; and Options 360.
