Commercial real estate firm NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson recently announced a flurry of leasing activity in downtown Vancouver’s Bank of America Financial Center.
The firm said Clark County’s largest Class A office tower gained four new tenants of late. Those tenants include:
• General Services Administration (GSA) – 14,750 square feet
• CW Capital – 7,265 square feet
• Occuscreen – 3,375 square feet
• Wells Fargo Advisors – 3,492 square feet
The Bank of America Financial Center is located at 805 Broadway Street.
