Lukins has practiced law in Clark County for more than 15 years, and is licensed in both Oregon and Washington. She most recently practiced in the Salmon Creek area, and was previously a partner in the law firm of Blair Schaefer Hutchison and Wolfe.
Lukins said her practice will emphasize real estate, business and animal law matters.
