Leadership Clark County, a local nonprofit, nonpartisan civic leadership development program, is launching a “Community Leadership Speaker Series,” which will provide opportunities for the public to connect directly to community leaders and learn from their leadership and community focus.
The first event in the series will be held on Friday, April 29 from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. at the Red Cross Building (605 Barnes Street, Vancouver). Featured speakers will include Marc Boldt, chair of the Clark County Council, and Mark McCauley, acting county manager.
Boldt and McCauley will share the challenges of leading the county, the issues facing our community and more. Jeanne Bennett, CEO of the Southwest Washington Workforce Development Council, will MC the event.
