The proprietary product line developed by VPL was acquired by KASO through the acquisition of inventory, dies and manufacturing fixtures in exchange for cash.
Darin King, KASO VP and general manager, said the acquisition will increase manufacturing efficiency and add increased stability to the company’s long-term work force.
KASO has been in operation for 51 years and has been located in Vancouver since 1984.
