The Portland office of CBRE has arranged the sale of Vancouver’s Creekside Village Apartments and Townhomes to ConAm, a California-based investment group, for an undisclosed dollar amount.
Located at 3100 Falk Road, Creekside Village is comprised of 48 two-bedroom apartments and 84 townhomes. It was built in 1992 and includes amenities such as a pool, spa, renovated clubhouse, fitness center and playground.
Carrie Kahn and Graham Taylor of CBRE’s Capital Markets Multifamily Investment Properties team represented the seller, a joint venture between PCCP LLC and Westbridge Properties LLC.
