Providing testimony on behalf of the Fort Vancouver National Trust during the hearing was Elson Strahan, Trust president and CEO. Dr. Herbert Frost, associate director of Natural Resource Stewardship and Science for the National Park Service (NPS), provided testimony on behalf of NPS.
