The top five are:
- The Vancouver Clinic Inc: 203 doctors; 900 FTEs
- PeaceHealth Medical Group: 148 doctors; number of FTEs ND
- Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Northwest: 121 doctors; 570 FTEs
- Free Clinic of Southwest Washington: 70 doctors; 9 FTEs
- Family Medicine of Southwest Washington – Residency Program: 46 doctors; 100 FTEs
