The top five are:
- Steigerwald Commerce Center – Phase 1: 3,000,000 total sq. ft.
- Port of Vancouver: 2,400,000 total sq. ft.
- Columbia Business Center: 2,331,077 total sq. ft.
- Columbia Tech Center: 846,590 total sq. ft.
- Vancouver Tech Campus: 472,732 total sq. ft.
