The Washington State Department of Revenue will hold a free workshop for new and small business owners in Vancouver on Nov. 18, 2015.
Participants will learn about Washington excise taxes, reporting classifications, deductions, tax incentives, sales tax collection and record-keeping requirements. Attendees receive a workbook and reference guide to the department’s rules and regulations. Also, attendees may earn one continuing professional education (CPE) credit.
The workshop will run from 9 a.m. to noon, held at 8008 NE Fourth Plain Blvd., Suite 340.
