Care provided by the Free Clinic of Southwest Washington includes free medications for individuals who cannot afford basic medical care. The grant will serve approximately 1,500 patients whose prescriptions will be filled at the Free Clinic on-site dispensary. The Free Clinic dispensary fills over 10,000 prescriptions annually.
More than 600 volunteers provide care and service at the clinic, and funding is provided by the local community.
