Fred Meyer employees donated the money during the store’s annual holiday giving project. EOCF was nominated by Jennifer Helm, whose children were enrolled in Head Start and Early Head Start programs.
“We are excited to receive this tremendous vote of confidence in our life-enhancing programs and the generous support to continue this work from the peers of a parent whose family has benefited greatly from our services,” said Carol Foster, EOCF executive director. “We will use this gift to strengthen more children and families.”
