Abundant Life Christian Church has purchased the retail building at 13011 NE Fourth Plain Boulevard in Vancouver from Palms 10 LLC for $1.3 million.
The 10,000-square-foot building is located within Palms Plaza, a MAJ development with a total of 62,000 square feet of retail space, anchored by a 24-Hour Fitness.
Steve Mack, Blake Federinko and Brett Irons with Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller in the real estate transaction. Mack also represented the buyer.
