Killian Pacific and Mackenzie will hold a groundbreaking ceremony this afternoon to mark the start of construction on the 101 Main Street Building.
The event is scheduled for 3 p.m. at E 6th and Main Street in downtown Vancouver.
The project, detailed in this December 2014 article, involves the construction of a 45,000-square-foot three-story office building, expected to open later this year.
Primary tenants of the building will include Pacific Continental Bank, Killian Pacific and Mackenzie, who is also providing comprehensive architecture, interior, engineering and planning services on the project.
The new building is registered with the certification goal of LEED Silver.
