Cowlitz Tribe purchases 78th Street Building

The Cowlitz Indian Tribe has purchased the 78th Street Building at 7700 NE 26th Ave. in Vancouver for $1.4 million. The 13,694-square-foot office property will be repurposed for use as a medical office for the tribe.

“With the necessary renovations we were able to meet the buyer’s current needs and accommodate future growth,” said NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson Associate Vice President Doug Bartocci, who represented the Cowlitz Tribe in the transaction. “This was the perfect fit.”

NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson Vice President Tamara Fuller represented Poor Farm Road Properties Inc., the seller in the transaction.
