Clark County has unveiled a new website. The renovation brings a fresh, new look and an upgraded platform to make the site easier to use and maintain.
“This is an example of the strategic investments we are making to equip our staff for efficient operations and improve service to the public,” said Acting County Manager Mark McCauley. “We had to replace an outdated platform to prepare the site for additional functions and online transactions in the years ahead.”
Navigation is organized to increase the focus on tasks users need to complete or services they wish to receive. For example, if residents need Animal Control, they will no longer need to search through an index. Instead, users can click “Services” or “How do I…” on the main menu for a convenient list of tasks and services.
The new website is designed to improve access by phones, tablets or other mobile devices and provide better service for people with disabilities and special needs.
The URL for the site remains the same, clark.wa.gov.
