The 15-member board advises commissioners on how to achieve the best long-term return investment on the county-owned short-line railroad that runs from Vancouver to the Chelatchie Prairie area of north Clark County.
Applicants should have knowledge of transportation and railroad-related issues in Clark County, a willingness to represent a broad spectrum of community interests.
