Comcast has opened a new Xfinity store in Vancouver as part of a larger effort to improve customer experience.

The new store is located at 7809 NE Vancouver Plaza Drive, Suite 135, near the intersection of SR-500 and NE Andresen Road.

To make the experience easier for its customers, Comcast has eliminated the need to wait in line. Instead, customers can sign in to a service queue and explore the store while they wait. Additionally, the store features time-saving self-service offerings, including a kiosk for bill pay.

“We’re proud to provide our customers with a welcoming environment where they can experience our XFINITY products and services firsthand and check out our latest technology in an interactive environment,” said Mike Williams, director of retail sales for the Oregon/Southwest Washington Region.

Future store enhancements include online appointment booking system and text-ahead queuing. The new store will also sell a variety of products and accessories, offering more convenience to Comcast customers.
