To earn the distinction, 4Results program staff members participated in a thorough assessment of mentoring services and components essential to building organizational sustainability. Staff then received intensive training and technical assistance from Oregon Mentors.
“We consider it an honor to have Oregon Mentors assess our work, support our continuous improvement, and validate our program with this distinction,” said Elizabeth Higley, 4Results program manager.
4Results Mentoring provides committed, consistent, highly-trained mentors to children ages seven to 18 who are enrolled in mental health services, living in foster care, or those that have severe emotional and behavioral disabilities or who have been identified as high risk.
