Tom Smith, formerly with Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate Advisors, has co-founded Columbia Pacific Commercial Properties – a commercial real estate leasing and investment brokerage firm. The firm will focus on retail, office and multifamily acquisitions for developers and commercial property owners in Southern Washington.
Smith noted that Columbia Pacific will be the exclusive broker for all leasing activities for 192nd Avenue Station North and South, a 120,000-square-foot mixed-use retail and medical office center in east Vancouver.
The firm’s office is located at 2300 East Third Loop, Suite 100, in Vancouver.
