The city of Vancouver is seeking applicants for eight positions on the city’s Lodging Tax Advisory Committee.

Applicants for four of the positions must be affiliated either as a staff person, board member or volunteer with an arts, tourism, cultural or community organization that may be eligible to be funded by lodging tax revenue. Applicants for the other four positions must represent a business including hotel, motel or bed & breakfast that is required to collect lodging tax.

Completed applications must be received by the City Manager’s Office by 3 p.m., on Wednesday, May 4. Applicants may apply online at www.cityofvancouver.us/boards. For more information, contact Alexis Bafus at alexis.bafus@cityofvancouver.us or by calling 360.487.8607.
