The city of Vancouver has extended a deadline to apply as it seeks applicants to fill one mid-term vacancy on the Parking Advisory Committee. The deadline to submit an application is now 5 p.m. on Friday, October 23, 2015.
The committee is a seven-member volunteer body that advises the Vancouver City Council and city staff on parking policy and program implementation. Committee members must be either city residents or property owners, business owners, or an officer or partner in a business located in the downtown area.
