Applicants must be city of Vancouver residents and registered voters. No city officer, official, employee or immediate family member of any city officer, official or employee is eligible for membership.
Commission members are appointed by the mayor, subject to approval of the Vancouver city council. Each commission member is appointed for a single four-year term.
