City Manager John Williams presented the award to Finance & Information Director Catherine Huber Nickerson at the March 19th Battle Ground City Council meeting.
“Ms. Nickerson and Senior Accountant Ginger Bolivar are diligent in clearly communicating the city’s financial standing to our citizens and partners. This award reflects their exceptional efforts and accomplishments,” said Williams.
