Church on the Rock (COTR) has put down permanent roots in Battle Ground with the $1.525 million purchase of a 6,600-square-foot church at 500 SW Eaton Boulevard.
COTR purchased the building and surrounding five acres of property from North Creek Church.
Church on the Rock’s main location is at 10800 NE 76th St. in Vancouver.
North Creek was represented by Jim West with Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates in the real estate transaction. COTR was represented by Nathan Cano with Cano Real Estate.
