The Clark County Community Development Permit Center is adjusting some of its operations to improve service during peak construction season.
Beginning on March 25, the permit center will reserve Wednesdays for appointments, animal licenses and payments, according to Community Development Director Marty Snell.
By May 6, walk-in service will be phased out on Wednesdays. However, walk-in service will remain available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
“With building activity on the upswing, we will be making and completing as many transactions as possible while reducing the impact of unscheduled activities,” said Snell.
The permit center is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Appointments are available and encouraged throughout the week.
To schedule an appointment, email permitservicesappt@clark.wa.gov or call 360.397.2375 ext. 4807.
