Cascade Park Care Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Vancouver, was recently named one of U.S. News & World Report’s Best Nursing Homes.
Winning facilities were chosen for their ratings through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). CMS calculates the ratings based on results of health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
“The associates at Cascade Park Care Center strive daily to exceed the expectations of our patients and families,” said Shannon Smith, executive director of the facility.
Cascade Park Care Center is one of 17 skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in Washington managed or operated by Life Care Centers of America.
