California firm purchases Vancouver apartments for $9.1 million
A 104-unit apartment complex in Vancouver known as the Village on Seventh has sold for $9.1 million. HFO Investment Real Estate (HFO) announced the transaction Thursday afternoon. The buyer, FPA Multifamily, is a San Francisco-based real estate investment firm with a portfolio of approximately 20,000 apartment units valued at $1.9 billion.
